This diary of doodled self-portraits depicts, for the most part, the surreal situations in which I find myself, or which I find myself thinking about! Sometimes I draw myself drawing, and the room that I’m drawing in, and sometimes I make a drawing about having an idea for a drawing.
Day dreams of potential situations and what feelings they might induce are sometimes so vivid, that just have to sketch them out. Just imagining figurative statements as literal scenes is so amusing, and I am often compelled to turn these ideas into more complete little drawings so that, hopefully, the humor of the situation is relayed to the viewer.
